I appreciate the relatively quick response for emergency AC service during a heat wave. Apple's technician was able to fix the AC unit within 12 hours of the failure.

However, I was less than impressed with a follow-up visit that I feel I was led to believe was a 'maintenance' visit. On that visit, the technician seemed to know what he was doing. However, it turned out to be what I would call a 'system evaluation' visit. There was no maintenance done. All he did was point out several things that could be taken care of on yet another visit.
